The company was founded in 1963, making personal care products and we were pioneers in the movement of production to China in the mid 80's. We've continued to diversify our product range to garment care, environmental care, beverage, cooking appliances, floor care and cleaning products through the 80's, 90's and into the 21st century.

We have a vertically integrated manufacturing infrastructure in Dong Guan, China. It is a complex of 19 buildings with approximately 1.8 million square feet of manufacturing space.

Our strategy is to partner with Branded customers to save them manufacturing and material costs and to develop products with better features and higher value.

We commit to our customers to build products to specification and deliver per schedule.

We have been actively developing ODM products and we own more than 50 utility patents. In 1999, we were awarded with the Certification of Qualification for the Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) and TUV Client Test Data Program. In 2002, we are ISO2001 certified. We have a state-of-the-art test lab, facilitating performance and reliability testing for components and finished products based on the recognized test standards of ASTM for floor care products.
